No inland USA Shipping charges are applied for items displayed on our webstore. If your purchase is outside our webstore (ex. amazon.com, ebay, etc), shipping charges will be determined by the vendors website option selected. Original invoices are required for processing of items. If request was made for Personal Courier Service to purchase from another site to deliver to our United States address, shipping charges will be as stated on email invoice forwarded by us to you. Payment must be made for shipping and related charges before collecting of item(s). b. International Orders

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange in the original packaging and state it was received. Refunds will be as per vendor/store policy and so it is advised that the vendor site be referred. Personal Courier Service is a facilitator for the easy purchasing of items and we do not charge interest in any item seen on our website. You will be provided with the original invoices from the vendor of purchase for all related returns, warranty and query. Due to our personal involvement with you, we will assist in returning your item if return items fall within the guidelines of the vendor policy - at no charge. Duty, if applied must be handled by the customer and is not refunded at any time. If the return of custom duty is an issue, please call Jamaica Customs and query based on your receipt handed to you. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. Exchange will be made within seven days providing availability of replacement. In case the following conditions are not met, pcs.mywebhome.ca reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return. --the item(s) must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been purchased. If the item you want to cancel has been purchased, the order cannot be canceled.
